Mawra Hocane (also called Mawra Hussain) is a Pakistani VJ, model and actress.
Personal life Mawra was born and brought up in a Muslim family in Islamabad, Pakistan. She did her inter from Bahria College Islamabad. She is the sister of VJ, actress and Model Urwa Hocane.
Career Mawra started her career as VJ at “ATV Pakistan” and got success with her very first show. Boom On Live is one of the popular shows of Mawra Hocane.
She has also appeared in many TV commercials of leading brands of Pakistan like Mobilink, Sprite, Telenor and Warid. She made her acting debut from the serial Mere Huzoor. After that she appeared in Love K Chakkar Mien, Meri Wife K Liye, Country Love, Khichdi Salsa, Ghar Aaye Mehmaan, Nikhar Gaye Gulab Saray, Papa Razi, Shaadi Mubarak and Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai. She is currently seen in Hum TV serial Ek Tamanna Lahasil Si and Mein Gunhagar Nahi. She has appeared in a main lead role of Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai, a drama serial produced by Hum TV.
